I irrevocably authorize, Shannon Pitel Photography, Shannon Pitel, employees, heirs and assignees, to use images of me, my family or my property and authorize use and publishing rights of images, photographs, pictures or portraits taken.

These images may be used in any media and may include composite images, digitally manipulated representations for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial work, advertising, sale, publishing or any products or services by Shannon Pitel Photography and/or Shannon Pitel.

I waive my rights to review and approve the use of these images.

Shannon Pitel Photography, Shannon Pitel, and employees retain all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this contract and images may not be reproduced or duplicated for any reason without our express written permission. This includes digital scanning, posting on websites such as Facebook or other social media or any other reproduction without permission.
